Refund Policy

At Sankalpshri Foundation, we deeply value every donation made to support our cause. Once a donation is confirmed, cancellation is not permitted. However, in exceptional cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors, refunds may be issued. All refund requests must be emailed to our official contact within 3 days of the transaction, with valid proof. Approved refunds will be processed within 6–8 business days to the original payment method. Kindly note, bank processing timelines may vary. Donations once utilized cannot be refunded.
